It's good to know that mega game publishers like EA are encouraging more PS3 support. Soon, we'll have a whole lot more games developed on the PS3 first in 09.

Isn't this what..usually happens when you have a completely new architecture to work with? Microprocessors and coprocessors are still relatively new. Devs aren't going to be able to optimize the PS3 when they are 1. working to make each version of a game identical, and 2. optimizing these games for the 360 and porting them to the PS3.
But, name a single multiplatform game that trumps MGS4, GT5, Uncharted, and KZ2...
Seems to me, that the best the 360 can do is rooted...

S-E are too dense to see that Japan is not the strong presence it was in the game industry like it was in prior generations. I think it's all relative to Sony and its success. Look at the PS2 and PS1, and you'll see that the success of those consoles, translated to the Japanese games developers and publishers' success.
Japanese developers, in particular S-E, definitely need to start supporting the PS3. Make exclusives or just make them multiplat from the start. You actually think...

Developers still have a passion to do the type of games us core gamers like. The only ones pushing casual nonsense are the publishers. That's why you have Dan Houser saying "fcck casual gaming."
I think they can both coexist harmoniously.
